What Juice is

Juice (juiceapp.store) is an independent leaderboard of iOS apps. Positions are determined solely by payments made by the people who submit them. Juice is operated by Florent Berrez and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. “App Store” is a trademark of Apple Inc. App names, icons, descriptions and ratings are shown as provided by Apple’s public catalog and belong to their respective owners.

How ranking works

• Each app’s score is its single highest successful, non-refunded payment in the current season. Payments are not summed.
• Apps are ordered by score, highest first. Ties are broken in favour of the payment that succeeded first.
• Ranking is purely a function of payment. It does not imply editorial review, quality, safety, or endorsement of any app.

Paying (“juicing”)

• You choose a whole-dollar USD amount. The minimum shown is the amount currently required to take #1; you may pay more.
• Starting a checkout does not reserve a rank. Rank is determined only when a payment succeeds, and can change at any moment after that as others pay.
• If another app pays more while your checkout is open, your payment remains valid at whatever rank it earns. We do not refund a payment because it was outbid.
• Paying does not guarantee any duration at any rank. There is no subscription, renewal, or recurring charge.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Refunds and disputes

• Payments are for an immediate, irreversible placement and are non-refundable, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
• If a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, or reversed for any reason, it immediately stops counting toward ranking. The next eligible app takes its place.
• We may refund and remove a payment if we determine it violates these terms.

Submissions and acceptable use

• You may only submit apps that are publicly available on Apple’s App Store. Juice only displays data from Apple’s public catalog.
• You must not use stolen payment methods, attempt to manipulate rankings through fraud, abuse the service, or interfere with its operation.
• We may hide or remove any listing, invalidate any payment, and refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal content, without refund.
• If an app is removed from the App Store, its historical placements remain but new payments for it are not accepted.

Seasons

Rankings belong to a season. The current season is open-ended. We may introduce timed seasons in the future; payments made in one season do not carry over to another.

Availability and liability

Juice is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
